At Trade begining, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refunds for services purchased through our website, applications, or other platforms.

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers to our premium plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase date
  • You must submit your refund request in writing to our customer support team at support@tradebeginning.com
  • Your account must be in good standing
  • You must provide a reason for your dissatisfaction with the service

Please note that this guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and cannot be claimed for subsequent subscription renewals or upgrades.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive your refund request, our customer support team will review it and respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies
  • Your access to premium services will be terminated once the refund is processed

Cancellation Policy

Pro-rated Refunds

After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided for the remaining portion of your subscription. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider providing a pro-rated refund at our discretion. Such circumstances may include:

  • Extended service outages or technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our services
  • Major changes to our service offerings or terms that materially affect the value of the subscription you purchased
  • Other exceptional circumstances, as determined by Trade begining management

Requests for pro-rated refunds must be submitted in writing to our customer support team, explaining the circumstances that justify the refund request. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund if canceled within the first 30 days (under our money-back guarantee)
  • Pro-rated refund based on the number of months used if canceled after 30 days but before 6 months, minus a 20% administrative fee
  • No refund if canceled after 6 months of use

To request a refund for an annual subscription, please contact our customer support team with your account details and reason for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time consultation sessions that have already been conducted
  • Customized research reports that have been delivered
  • Special promotional offers or discounted subscriptions specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Subscriptions where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of our services
  • Subscriptions terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions

Account Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer account credits that can be applied to future subscriptions or services. Account credits:

  • Do not expire and remain valid as long as you maintain an active account with us
  • Can be used for any subscription plan or paid service offered by Trade begining
  • Cannot be transferred to another user or converted to cash
  • May be offered at a higher value than the equivalent cash refund

Subscription Plan Changes

If you upgrade your subscription plan during an active subscription period:

  • You will be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee does not reset or extend with plan upgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan:

  • Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No refund will be issued for the current billing period
  • You will maintain access to your current plan features until the end of the current billing cycle

Force Majeure

Trade begining is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
